Absa bank is by far the worst bank. I tried to withdraw funds from my account via an ATM however the ATM took a while and ended up going offline. The money was deducted of my account and i was charged a withdrawal fee even though the ATM did not dispense the cash. When I visited my local Absa branch the consultant assured me that the matter would be resolved with 5 days. I still did not receive my refund.
