<p>In july 2016 we had an accident and was reported to absa idirect. The assessed and wrote our car off. We decided to take it and fix it ourselves. but now the problem is that they stole from our car, petrol, battery,car tools and many more items. I complained and they "investigated the case" so they say and the ombudsmen also investigated the case and gave me the report that absa will make the quotation and pay for the ****** items, when i followed up with absa they are referring me back to the ombudsman, while the case is closed from the ombubsman side as absa have promised to take care of this situation. this idirect insurance company *****s from their customers. I dont care that they did not fix my car, i just want all what they stole from me.</p>
