Today i discovered that Absa bank created a debit journal on my account where they s Took R20 000 from my account on *** without my consent i have since been in conact with Numdumiso ********** 144 i initially contacted her and advised that i was willing to make a payment arrangement on my vehicle account ********** 8.

The car was reposessed and sold off and i was disputing the remaining amount of which she gave me,i had islamic finance with my initial contract agreement of which it works differently from conventional banking and the remaining ballance to which she (Numdumiso ) has given me did not make sense to me,i then requested that she find out from the correct department as she herself did not understand how it works and that made me doubt the amount even more that se gave me,

I then requested that se first find out the correct amount before i would commence with payment,No has come back to me and explained the ballance according the islamic finance deal given the situation.

I feel ****** and unfairly treated and it is appalling that you would bully me in the manner.

I am currently unemployed and struggling to keep my head above water and Absa bank just goes and take R20 000 without even considering my situation,i already lost my car and still have to pay back a remainder which i do not even have a car and willing to still pay off the amount according my affordability. I demand that they pay back mu money immediately

I will rather take move to a bank that looks in the interest of their clients than to stay with Absa and have this happen to me all the time . ********** 619
