Daylight *******

I have a platinum credit card with absa and they keep on calling to say the account is in arearrs but it is being paid. I do not know how but they can not seem to see that i made a payment of R800 in march and in april they deducted R1.100 from my account i have send so many proof of payments but still it is not on record and the account is being paid every month so in other words i have now lost R1800 to absa cause they conviently just canot see it and i get a message saying it is arrears with R1119 imagine 😡😡😡they service is so so bad i cant anymore and in the month of may deducted R330 ... they should first find my R1800 and take it from there . I am just fed up with them 😡😡😡
