Day Light *******: ABSA Vehicle Finance

I have been an Absa client for over 10 years. I am a platinum client and this is my second car that i am financing however the rates i am getting are absolutely ridiculous. The dealership F&I is trying to up my interest rate just to earn more DIC. I have paid off my car. I pay off all my credit and this is second car i am financing to get a linked rate of 10% is ridiculous. Absa promises a cash back if i refinance with them but i hear nothing about it. Then i get told them cant email me a podium to see how deal is structured, absolutely disgusted. If you not going to give me a better rate i will go with another bank and move all my accounts, i cant be with a bank that doesnt support me. I expect a call asap:
