Day Light ******* on Payout ABSA VAF INSURANCE

Good Day

So, I was in an accident end of May 2024 with my car.

Absa Insurance wrote the car off. My car Value on the books at ABSA was sitting at R95000.00. Now payout you only want to pay me out R71000. I understand that I need to still pay R40000 towards the bank but why only R71000 from R95000. This is day light *******. I requested for my policy document several time via email twice and call twice. It's been 2 weeks and no feedback.

Absa, I want answers because this is really ridiculous.
