Damaged credit profile

<p>When I was busy fighting with ABSA bank insurance my credit profile got damaged and now I'm looking like a bad payer due to the bank and their insurance ,my credit profile is a mess now and they are the only ones who can fix it but they refused to assist as that was created by them </p>
