Customer service = zero
After being a customer of ABSA for years, I signed up for ABSA rewards in January in the branch, when i specially opened an account so I could finally claim some rewards for the hundreds of thousands of Rands i have spent on my ABSA credit card. Well guess what, since January i have not been credited 1 ABSA reward. I have probably spent about 200k on my card-- not 1 reward!! I called them about 2 weeks ago to complain-- guess what! They haven't bothered to get back to me. I am now looking to move my credit card an account. Worst service ever!
