Customer Service Representative at ABSA Cape Gate

These 5 stars x 10 are for the incredibly helpful customer service lady who assisted me at Absa Cape Gate. Unfortunately I never got her name, however she's the red head lady, who if she continues to provide the service that she provided me, will be, and should be the CEO one day. You really went the extra mile for me when your colleague refused to assist me, you didn't accept her explanation and just had the document stamped. You deserve this recognition and if I were Absa I would promote you to manage all the Customer Service representatives. It is people like you who are actually making visiting a branch a great experience and not a grudge and by this you're retaining your fellow colleagues jobs.
