Customer service excellence!!!

We are currently living in the USA and experienced problems with our debit and credit cards, we came to Littleton branch in Centurion and was greeted by Jubelinah Ramauwela! She assisted us with the whole process from issuing new debit cards to reassuring that our credit card will be shipped and ready for pickup as soon as possible. She went the extra mile to help us both downloading the new ABSA app, as well as connecting them to our accounts, having international numbers it took more effort than expected to get our banking apps connected to our phone numbers, but she was persistent, and was very patient and professional, this wonderful lady helped us through the whole process! All we can say is THANK YOU!!!!
