Customer Service at ABSA Mall Of Africa is Horrible, not bad but Horrible and disgusting

Customer Service at ABSA Mall Of Africa is Horrible, not bad but Horrible and disgusting. I came in and no consultant even attended to find out why am I here, only a security guard who showed me a seat. Then waited for 30 minutes of which a guy came in to ask if I was assisted and advised that he will come back to help me. 15 minutes later I walked to the front and the entire desks were empty. No consultants to help us and no one attended. One hour down the line, my lunch is over and had to go back to work, I approached an Indian guy who had no clue what to do. The entire staff is running up and down like customers and we are not even able to differentiate if they are consultants. After 1 hour 15 minutes a lady called "next" and when I got there, i explained I needed them to take over a loan from FNB and was looking forward to moving my salary to ABSA from FNB. The lady stood up and went out to I don't know where. I realized I was running out of time, I collected my documents and left and guess what? On my way out, the consultant was busy on the phone while waiting my already wasted time. This happened around 11h50 to 13h30 and I'm the guy that was wearing a light pink shirt and a black trouser.

I have never had such a horrible service delivery from any financial institution and am definitely not considering going ahead with what I wanted. You guys are horrible and take customers for granted. That branch looks like a mickey mouse operation run by unprofessional people. I would rather get stuck with FNB coz they never treated me like a number.
