Customer service

I've made an online transaction on 30 July to vodacom till today the payment haven't been cleared. I have been tossed back n forth between these two companies none of them is willing to assist me. Even yesterday I went to mams mall absa they still send me back to vodacom which claims that I'm in arreas. Can the two companies please assist me in getting my cash back or processing the payment because it's hanging somewhere I can't access it
