Absa's customer service is bad. I just moved to Absa yesterday. Now I call them to understand their charges cause I can't see where the money went to and ove been on hold for 20 minutes. I called again, still on hold for 20 minutes. Where do they think I get airtime from? I think I made a mistake moving to Absa. I don't want a stress my previous bank put me through.
