I have been requesting a settlement letter as my account was sent to lawyers(Hammondpole attorneys), I settled the account. Now when I call the same lawyers they are telling me they are waiting for ABSA to send it, for how long?. It was nice when they where casing me to pay, now I guess its my time to chase. My credit record is so bad right now, why these institution are doing this to us the poorer of the poorest. "Murphy's law" hye?
