Customer service

I came to ABSA South downs in my lunch break (like many others). We all have to get back to out jobs. There is only one lady behind the counters. 2 of them were standing chatting with her. The que was getting longer and longer. At one stage she left with the 2 other ladies and disappeared for 10 mins without a word. Needless to say, I had to leave to get back to work without getting any service. I strongly suggest you get more people to help over lunch time. Come on guys! This is unacceptable
