i made an absa atm loan and i have been stuggeling for some time to find out what my outstanding balance is but when i go to a absa branch they keep refering me to someone else but still now i can notget any assistance from them. i went to the absa branch in brakpan and the lady at information didnt even know to check for me then she said i have to go to customer service maybe they can help me.i am not happy with absa an more i am thinking to rather close my account.
