Customer Relations bad bad
Yesterday I have done a transaction on my husbands card for a shipment for winning a iphone and i saw the reviews and it looks legit. I did not get the otp as my husband could not send it immediately he was busy with a course. So the time expired. Then all of a sudden he got the msgs that it is *****. I immediately phoned Absa I had no authorization I understand they cannot give any info. So last nite we phoned again and my husband gave all the info they needed and then gave the phone to me let me explain what was happening etc. The lady that helped us was so rrude so I would like you to listen to that recording I did not get her name and it was about 8.00 pm. DA Brits. I used to work for a bank years ago and you don't speak to your customers in that manner. Please investigate this. I would love the response back because I was so shocked and said that I will phone back today.
