Customer is King
Absa Bank, Menlyn Main, makes me there customer like "THE CUSTOMER IS KING" I do all my elderly parents banking affairs now and have had several interactions with them from investments to changing expired bank cards. Even when busy staff always polite, professional, helpful, and nologable. An irate, impatient elderly customer next to me let the teller have it, when he left his comment was haven't received such great service in yesrs. Keep up the good work.
