Current Account Frozen Eventhough I have Funds Available

Yesterday morning @ 10h07 I had R7,581.33 available in my account. Today @ 12h24 when I tried to pay for my goods purchased at Canal Walk I was told that I had insufficient funds in my account. I immediately proceeded to the Absa ATM only to find out that like a ******** my current account was frozen. I would like Absa to respond by 09h00 tomorrow morning to advise them who gave them permission to freeze my account. ONLY ********* ACCOUNTS ARE FROZEN AND THAT IS IF THEY HAVE COMMITTED A CRIME. EVERY MONTH ABASA DEDUCTS BANK CHARGES, INTEREST CHARGES AND FINANCE CHARGES SO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR MY ACCOUNT TO HAVE BEEN FROZEN. I WILL LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH THE OMBUDSMAN FOR BANKING IF I RECEIVE NO RESPONSE FROM ABSA BY 09H00 TOMORROW MORNING. I HAVE USED R13,222.96 OF MY OVERDRAFT. MY LIMIT IS R21,000! YOU CAN NEVER HUMILIATE ME IN THIS MANNER NEVER!

Good evening Peter. You would not even be horrified to know that to date I have received no sms, no telephone call, no email or even WhatsApp with a valid excuse, reason, explanation or apology on why my account or funds were frozen. You would further not be horrified to find out that whilst we pay exorbitant banking fees and charges, I once again had to provide myself with my own excellent service in resolving this matter. I can now understand why there is a call to set banks straight. They have definitely become a God unto themselves thinking we are living in a communist country where they can just do what they want with the money we invest in their institutions. WE PAY THEIR SALARIES AND THEY THINK THEY HAVE FORGOTTEN THIS!!!!
