Crummy service from the call center
<p>I need to contact the ABSA travel insuance via their call center. It does not matter what time of day, it is always busy and I have been kept on hold for 15 minutes or more with no answer.</p> <p>Not the kind of service one expects from one of the major banks. My star rating for them would be -2</p>
