Cruel treatment

Absa has treated my client cruelly.The client entered debt review and absa unfairly terminated the client from debt review for frivolous reasons,saying that there was no agreement in place,when they are the one's who didn't respond to the proposal.Long story short,summons have been issued against the client and he's about to lose his vehicle.This despite my many attempts and pleas to sort out the matter.They are just dismissive
