I deposited an amount of R4000 to my credit card on the 18th January 2021, I wasn't aware that the card had been blocked as I stopped using it in 2018... I then noticed that the money is not yet cleared, I then went to the bank and I was advised that I must check after 48hours.

I couldn't check after 48hours because I was busy with the funeral arrangements, I had to use my child's school fees money knowing that i will get my money back from my paid up Absa credit card.

I called in on the 25th and I was advised that i should send an email to their missing payments because the money is camping there, which I did... Today the 27th January 2021 i get an email stating that the i should contact certain attorneys coz the account is with them, the account has been paid up and they even updated my credit profile in May to confirm payment.

How many times should i pay up the paid up account that they acknowledged tha tdd it has been paid up? I even sent them my credit profile but still no refund. Absa is full of ****** or should i say *********** people... I have spent more than the 4000 i am claiming back because I call, send emails on a daily basis without any assistance...

I need that money ASAP, i haven't paid school fees and if my child doesn't get enrolled then I will hold you accountable for late enrollment fees.
