Cresta Branch Poor Service

<p>Each and every time I have to deal with the Cresta branch I always am given the run around. Long ques and unhelpful staff who actually don't give a hoot that I have banked with them since I was a child 40 years ago - as I was previously with the Al**** Building Society which amalgamated into Absa. I have only ever left my accounts there for convience sake but now I am afraid that I will be closing them due to the arrogant and high handed approach of the branch manager. being treated like a second class citizen as I am female and require my husbans to sign off on proof of residence for the third time since FICA came into operation. Also a refusal to change a foreign cheque as they said there was an alteration on it - which Standrd Bank happily changed and didn't say that there was any alteration!! ABSA you really have reached rock bottom in my mind - you don't care about your clients and therefore I won't give you my loyalty!!!!</p>
