Creditlife no claims

<p>ABSA telemarketed a hospital pay-out plan to my mom saying no medicals were required. When she submitted a claim, they requested a medical report from her dr. via SMS. The dr. requested them to reguest this directly from her. After a month and 7 follow ups, no one has bothered to assist or even reply.</p>
