creditcar and personal loan

Hi <br> its very frustrating to call and you get transferred from one department onto another. I don't have my credit card anymore, but I still have the account, I cant decrease the amounts because I don't have the exp date of the card, why on earth cant my bank assist on decreasing the amount only to R7500 instead of the R15000. I have paid off my personal loan and still every month they debit my account for the fee of R57.00 can this be cancelled and there is a debit order that get charged onto my account, and there is a credit in the personal load already..... I would like a response on this as this is really an inconvience for me. I have another account with fnb I don't have these issue at all.
