Credit score/record overcommited/arrears account settled

<p>Hi ,</p> <p> </p> <p>I had car finance with ABSA . I traded in my car 3 months ago and after a huge struggle with ABSA and the dealership they (The dealership) settled the car and my account is settled . Now my credit rating/record says overcommited/arrears because ABSA has not yet corrected it on transunion and experia . Please correct it asap as my credit score is effected very badly and this was not even my fault as I traded in my car . Please confirm when this will be corrected .</p>
