Credit score messed up by Absa

In September 2019 I was much relieved that Absa helped me to settle my other accounts. Today it seems like I'm now paying for that. My credit profile currently reflects that I'm 2 months in arrears with Absa. I'm banking with Absa, they debit monthly from my cheque account. Early January I received an sms that my loan is in arrears. When I called the agent said I'm in arrears with 37. When I asked why was the full instalment not debited, I was told it was a system error. The agent assured me that she will arrange for the 37 to be debited and it won't affect my credit profile. My score now has dropped with 5 points.

Reviewer Update
As part of resolving this, a debit order was sent on the 27th of January to update my account.
To my surprise, on the 28th another debit order was sent. I sent communication to Absa to inform them, and that there was a R50 charge next to the debit order.
I was promised that this will be monitored on the 25.02.
Till today, nobody gave me feedback regarding this.
I have spoken to Mabel Vilakazi who was handling my case, but she doesn't respond to my mails.
I sent a complaint to complaints department, since they asked for my ID Nr which I sent on the 13th,but they did not acknowledge my mail.
R50 might mean nothing to Absa, but it means a lot to me and my family.
Absa is really taking people for granted.
