Credit score damaged
I had an accident In October and the insurance settled absa 201000 but Absa failed to update my credit report still today it show I am owing. This has really affected my affordability as this show I am still paying the initial installment.
This is not fair as we have paid the amount of settlement and I tried calling Absa where I am sent from piler to post...
