Credit report stuffed!

I bought a vehicle from Ford Paarden Eiland financed through Absa Finance and Asset management.

I bought the car and everything went well. I generated my credit report from Experian and noticed that my risk profile is over inflated as they sent 2 financed car instructions to the credit bureau.

in total the car is financed for 250k and now it shows I owe 500k. I logged this twice with them, gave them 7 working days to resolve (today being the 8th working day) and called Experian and they confirmed it still shows I owe 500k.

because the above is happening, my credit report is not a true reflection. I am in the process of purchasing my first property but cant even get a pre-qualified for the amount I know i can afford because Absa caused this nonsense now i cannot even buy a home!

I want this sorted out within this week as I am missing great property opportunities to buy.
