Credit report not updated.
I have an account with Absa vehicle and asset finance to which my car got ****** during 2018 and my insurer at the made payment to Absa vehicle and asset finance on my account and the balance was reduced and left me with less money that i need to pay off, So my concern is that on my TransUnion Credit report it still shows the original Balance from i when i got financed by Absa vehicle and asset finance,that is a very huge block for as i am trying to a another vehicle but due the fact that when other finance houses try and do a credit check it still that i still owe an amount of R 258 284,00, which is not the true balance that i owe currently

11 Mar 2019, 12:37So the response i get is that you wont rectify my profile on transunion yet on compuscan it was corrected with the relavant information. The account was written off from your legal to recoveries automatically and that is affecting me, guess this the way absa is treating clients.
