Credit record not cleared

<p>I had an Absa credit card which I was paying it since last year via their lawyers then in January this year I settle the account and also close it off. I received a letter that the account is been closed. 7 Months later when I check my credit record to my surprise Absa listed my name as unpaid. Please remove it with immediate effect from credit record </p>
