Credit protection *******

<p>I have been recently retrenched. So I had to make a claim with my absa credit protection policy. The policy states "If you are retrenched, 10% of your outstanding balance will be paid out for a maximum of 6 months."</p> <p>Witch in my case should be about R1300 pm for up to 6 months</p> <p>Absa is saying they are going to pay me R360 pm for 6 months </p> <p>How is this possible. This is Cleary incorrect and the lady I spoke to (zakile),witch was very unhelpful, tells me it has to do with my premium that's R11 and some other nonsense witch she is unable to explain to me </p> <p>You want me to pay my policy but when the time comes to pay out you want to rip me off like this </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
