Credit Protection Plan Cancellation

I app**** for ABSA personal loan in may 2018, i was given below credit protection plan Policy description Credit Protection Plan Policy number ********** 669 Policy approval date ********** 1 End date ********** 8 a month later i realized that it is too expensive. on the 7th of june 2018 i went to westgate ABSA branch to cancel it, on the 15th they debited my account still and till today the plan is still active. i have asked for cancellation several times and i call them almost everyday but nothing is happening.
