Credit Profile update

I have a credit card with Absa Bank, they called me to tell that they will be sending a new card as the old one expired, they delivered the card, but now my Credit profile shows that i have 2 Credit Cards with Absa and i owe double the amount i am supposed to be owing, I called them to enquire on Monday 27/05/2019, didn't get any assistance, i wrote them an email as well, no one even bothered to respond to my email

I forwarded all the information required, but till today, no response , I don't like it when someone messes with my Credit profile, this should be fixed as soon as possible,
