Credit profile still not updated after 10 months!!
I paid off my Absa personal loans account on the 15.12.2014 however I received my credit report today and guess what Absa still says that account has a balance of R5K...What BALANCE? Can someone please rectify this ASAP as its affecting my credit scoring and while you are at it can you please pass the message to the idiots at your credit card department to do the same...AM SO FEEDUP WITH THIS!!!
