Credit paid in full not updated

I had a loan with Absa bank which was settled in full on 26 January 2017 via SSD. I got a confirmation email on 9 Feb confirming funds and account settled. Only to discover now that the money is not reflecting at ABSA, my records at the credit bereau is still showing as bad debt and now no one seems to know what is going on and where my money has been allocated or paid to. This is unacceptable as i have spend hundrends of rands on phonecalls trying to resolve a error which isnt my error to fix.
