Credit Life that I never requested

I app**** for a personal loan and Absa decided t o give me a credit life protection plan that I never asked for which is costing me around R550 a month. I called Absa and asked them to cancel it since I never app**** for it and they told me to go to an Absa branch to cancel it. I found that it was quiet unfair of them . I then went to the branch and stood in those long queues , and then I saw a consultant who then cancelled it .Two months later its still not cancelled and they are still debiting me for something I never requested . Can I please have my money refunded since I cannot seem to cancel this thing.
