Credit life ******* - Rejection on assumption

My credit insurance was rejected as ABSA stated I received an income during April and May 2020 - the money that was deposited into my Bank account was received from my wife and inter account transfers - She transferred funds from her accounts to ensure that our debit orders do not bounce. If a debit order bounces, then your credit life insurances is also cancelled (all premiums must be paid to keep your insurance in place)

No one asked - they just ASSUMED although the statement clearly says CHRISTEL as reference. No phone call - NOTHING. Just an email to say to our claim was rejected.

Again - as a PLATIMUM client of ABSA; this is a level or service that is disgusting. Can you at least not just phone and ask what the deposits was before you classify it as income. Or are you now going to say that money from my wife was an Income - I have not received a salary or even UIF money.
