Credit Life problems
I have an Absa personal loan which has a credit life policy attached to it. I have requested to remove the credit life as I already have an Absa Life Policy to cover the loan amount and also has the same "extras" required.
In the doc I was asked to complete, there are 2 email addresses that it should be sent to. So I did that - 2 weeks ago.
I called the department today, only for them to tell me that it's the wrong email addresses. Huh?
So what now?
