Credit Life Policy Cancellation Nightmare

On 2 June I sent an email to Absa Credit Life with a request to cancel my credit life policy as i have an alternative policy with sufficient cover, I also attached all the necessary documents.

Each time I contact the call centre i have been advised that my request is being escalated to a supervisor for review but till today I have had no response.

The last lady I spoke to promised that she would call me back regarding this matter.

Can somebody please assist and have this policy cancelled.
