Credit life lies

I have all my years ensure that i have credit life added to any of my loans or anything i do, to ensure that if something were to happen that it will be covered, however this bank is again doing their ***** business, now they think people are *****s…. I have provided my proof that i have been retrenched with the documents required to complete the claim and now they think i have a low intelligence like how their employees are but yet now they dont want to do their part by saying they want to ensure i dont make money after the termination date for a month, yeah clearly their low IQ’s from getting 30% and low at high school is kicking in very well, yeah there will be money that will fall into the account which is part of your package when one gets retrenched, so then these oxygen ******* will most probably go and say but you are making a salary still and then they will try to escape their duties of what one pays for that credit life insurance and yet its not the first person i spoke to that has advised that this bank does this, i want this resolved if not the next step is going to the onbudsman… this bank has pushed my temper to highest level ever since they started employing 30 percenters
