Credit life insurance not easy to access

I recently tried to follow through with a Credit Life protection application. The response and assistance from ABSA was dismal to say the least. You would assume at a time like this, such as critical illness. An organization would come alongside and try it's utmost to assist. No empathy. Quite disappointed.
