CREDIT LIFE INSURANCE
<p>ABSA is refusing to cancel the credit life insurance policy that I have with them despite providing them with my own insurance policy. I was told by a consultant at the branch that I may cancel the credit life insurance policy with you, she sent a request to have it cancelled and made me sign a form. Now ABSA is still deducting money for this cover. Please sort this out urgently.</p>
