Credit Life Doesnt work

Credit Life, A division of Absa and a insurance product is futile to have on any of your credit agreements,

I was retrenched in 2022 October, Initiated my benefit, great it worked, few payments happened.

Noticed on the one agreement being my credit card wasnt paid, i called Absa and spoke to the assesor who made mention that this particular month was declined, she couldn't give me a reason,

She went on to say that the payment should have happened and will be paid with my Augusts/September's payment, well as you would have guessed, no such payment has actually occured.

Im really disappointed in this service and the fact that claims get declined without reason.
