credit life claim (credit card)

Ive been an employee of absa for 20 years and boared 1/7/2020 due to permanent disability, I am struggling to claim for the credit card on witch i had credit life for all the years. ive been submitting the claim since July 2020 but no one ever bother to contact me or answer any emails. I know that the insurer is Hollard but that is all that i can find out. The Absa Loch Logan branch in Bloemfontein also submitted the claim with no reply. This is a pathetic situation due to the fact that i was an employee and was forsed to sell credit life to clients with this result
