CREDIT LIFE CANCELLED 2 MONTHS AGO BUT ABSA IS STILL DEBITING ME

I have cancelled my credit life insurance over 2 months ago, I went directly into the branch because when I phoned into the call center I was told I need to go into a branch to cancel this. When I got to the branch the consultant phoned the call center and they advised I have to complete a form then after speaking to someone else they said it can be done online in the branch. After cancelling this in October, my account was debited on the 1st of November with an amount of R354 followed by admin charges of R152.83. I went into the bank again where they phoned the call center and it was said that this would be reversed, on the 1st of December they debited my account R531 plus admin fees again of R155.85. I phone the call center and I am informed that I have 2 credit life insurance premiums which I have no knowledge of. Apparently I have to complete a form and on top of that give a reason as to why I want a refund, I must ask for a refund for something I cancelled over 2 months ago which is rightfully my money and I did not give authorization for? This is absolutely ridiculous, as a black card holder I pay R170 for this bundle and I must still pay R155 in admin charges. My account is reflecting badly due to Absa's incompetence . I get debited for life insurance and admin charges because you are debiting my account with such a large amount. On top of that you taking admin charges for your own mistake. This is not my problem, I want this cancelled urgently and I want my money returned to my account including these bogus admin charges . New logo but even more pathetic service, receiving bad service like this makes me want to switch to FNB with immediate effect. Can someone sort this out today, i'm an highly irate and inconvenienced.
