Credit Life & Absa Life.... Pathetic service
The Absa Life and Absa Credit life insurance departments are useless! I have phoned about 3 times over the past few weeks. Just on a Simple enquiry! Each time I show interest in the Credit Life Insurance then the lead is referred to the credit life department and I just never get any call from them....
Secondly, I need assistance with accessing an Absa Life Policy... Can't even get proper assistance with that as well. I keep on getting referred to departments & Whatsapp Bot channels that are of 0 assistance to me.
Can this be sorted out ASAP?!
