Credit Life

<p> My Father took a loan with you guys</p> <p> and the was a credit life protection plan.</p> <p> </p> <p> He got retrenched and went to several ABSA branches(Southgate, Both</p> <p> the Braamfontein branches, Industria , Maponya Mall and Melville) to</p> <p> advise and do a claim and all said that the consultant will call him</p> <p> with feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p> And when he follows up they say the same story a consultant from Head</p> <p> Office will contact youy , until some lady in braamfontein told him</p> <p> that He can t claim because of his age. Why wasn t he advised of this</p> <p> when he took the loan that ; we can t give you a loan because of age</p> <p> or we can give a loan but no protection plan because of age.</p> <p> </p> <p> Please can someone look into this matter and provide him with feedback</p> <p> on his cell.</p> <p> </p> <p> If this matter is not attended too by next week Monday we will be</p> <p> forced to take this matter to the Ombudsman</p>
