Credit due on Credit Card
Good day
Urgent matter.
I have made two deposits into my account to which a credit is due.
I am unable to access these funds as there is a pending authorization from on my account which ABSA can't release.
The above mentioned amount is funds that should be available to me which is currently not.
I request please to have my account sorted out by accepting a release to the funds that should be credited..
I and Keshnee Govender an employee of ABSA have made a number of enquiries telephonically with no resolution whatsoever.
I have just recently moved to ABSA bank and I'm not happy with this situation.
Please rectify and revert to me urgently.
