Credit declined numerously

I bought my vehicle in December last year, and now I want to buy a better car through ABSA and settle the current one but ABSA is refusing me credit, the reason being my Nedbank account and ID account were not being paid well, I was unemployed and student by then, but immediately when I got a job I settled all my accounts that's why I was approved to buy the car I am currently driving, but now my application is being declined due to these reasons which is very much unfair, as a result I have sent many applications for finance which also dropped my points, please try to assist me buy a new car
